Ingredients: Protein Blend* (Brown Rice Protein*, Pumpkin Seed Protein*), Tapioca Fiber*, Sunflower Butter* (Roasted Sunflower Seeds*, Sunflower Oil*), Dark Chocolate* (Chocolate*, Cane Sugar*, Cocoa Butter*), Tapioca Syrup*, Vegetable Glycerin*, Pecans*, Brown Rice Crisps* (Brown Rice*, Brown Rice Syrup*, Salt), Caramel*, Natural Flavor*, Sea Salt, Sunflower Lecithin*

*Organic, Contains: Tree Nuts (Pecans)

Manufactured in a facility that also processes tree nuts, fish, milk, peanuts, sesame, soy and wheat

We use no added heat, USDA organic expeller pressed high-oleic sunflower oil instead of other oils because it contains a rich amount of monosaturated fats (oleic acid), a low amount of polysaturated fats, and creates a delicious texture for our bars.

    Great Bar

    I enjoyed this bar a lot, but it has a slightly different flavor. I’m not sure if it’s the caramel?! I can’t really tell where the caramel is in the bar. I was thinking it would have a layer between the chocolate and the bar itself.
