On gluten we go a step further than the label: every batch is third party tested to under 5ppm, where Certified Gluten Free allows 20ppm. Never. Sugar alcohol sweeteners aren't part of how we make food, so you won't find erythritol, xylitol, maltitol or sorbitol in ALOHA Mini Protein Bars. No stevia, sucralose or aspartame either. Each mini has 2g of sugar or less, sweetened with organic, natural sweeteners. A few flavors use a touch of monk fruit, which is a fruit extract, not a sugar alcohol sweetener.
