We use no added heat, USDA organic expeller pressed high-oleic sunflower seed oil instead of other oils because it contains a rich amount of monosaturated fats (oleic acid), a low amount of polysaturated fats, and creates a delicious texture for our bars.

    I've been eating the Aloha Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough - Mini Bars for quite a while now and they are so healthy as well as organic - very little sugar (but taste super sweet) and low saturated fat. They're a great way to add protein to your diet.
