What can I expect Pumpkin Spice Protein Bars to taste like?

Pumpkin first, spice second. Real pumpkin and warm baking spices with roasted pumpkin seeds for crunch, which is about as autumnal as a bar gets. At 3g of sugar it is one of the lowest sugar bars we make, with 14g of plant-based protein and 10g of fiber.

What is in Pumpkin Spice Protein Bars?

ALOHA Pumpkin Spice Protein Bars are made with real pumpkin, warm spices, lightly salted roasted pumpkin seeds and creamy almond butter. The protein is a blend of organic brown rice protein and pumpkin seed protein. Contains tree nuts (almonds).

How much protein is in Pumpkin Spice Protein Bars?

One bar gives you 14g of plant-based protein, 10g of fiber and 3g of sugar, at 220 calories. Sold as a 12-count pack. The protein is entirely plant-based, and there are no sugar alcohol sweeteners and no stevia.

Do Pumpkin Spice Protein Bars contain sugar alcohol sweeteners or stevia?

Never. We are very deliberate about our food philosophy, and sugar alcohol sweeteners are not part of it: no erythritol, xylitol, maltitol or sorbitol, and no stevia, sucralose or aspartame either. Sweetness comes from organic cane sugar, tapioca syrup and fruit, with a touch of monk fruit in some flavors. Monk fruit is a fruit extract, not a sugar alcohol sweetener. Every full size bar has 5g of sugar or less.

Are Pumpkin Spice Protein Bars vegan and dairy free?

Yes. Every ALOHA bar is certified vegan and made without dairy. The protein is entirely plant-based, from brown rice and pumpkin seed, and the chocolate used across the range is dairy free. The bars are also soy free and Non-GMO Project Verified.

Are Pumpkin Spice Protein Bars gluten free?

Yes, and we hold a stricter line than the label requires. Every batch of finished product is third party tested for gluten to under 5ppm, where the Certified Gluten Free standard allows 20ppm. Bars are also soy free and Non-GMO Project Verified, and ALOHA is a Certified B Corporation. Certifications differ slightly by flavor, so the badges on this page are the ones that apply here.

What allergens do Pumpkin Spice Protein Bars contain?

Most ALOHA bars contain tree nuts, usually almonds, cashews, pecans, macadamias or coconut, and several contain peanuts. Nuts earn their place as a source of plant protein and healthy fats.     Not enough pumpkin taste

    They were OK, but not enough pumpkin taste to me. I have been sharing all of my aloha’s with the advance will clinic employees and they are loving it. So far I have bought from you at least 18 different flavors or I should say 18 different Fox. People laugh when they see my picture of my rack of aloha. I will continue to buy from you for sure.

    I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. I’d say it’s the best tasting bar in the lineup. All killer no filler with this one. I’m also loving the 1 gram of saturated fat. Impossibly great combination here. I hope to see it in the stores more often.

    Pumpkin Spice Aloha

    Oh my goodness! I am always obsessed by pumpkin anything and these bars definitely satisfy my craving!! Y’all have outdone yourselves, I only wish that I had ordered more!
