Your protein bars look and taste different than they used to. Did you change them?

Yes! We heard you wanted a protein bar that is more filling and has less sugar. To address this feedback, we have reduced the bar’s sugar level by half, doubled the amount of fiber, and maintained 14 grams of plant-based protein for a filling, and even more delicious, bar.

You will also find that our Chocolate Mint and Chocolate Fudge Brownie Protein Bars are now dipped in organic chocolate!

I can’t find my scoop! How much should I have?
One scoop of our protein powder is equivalent to approximately 3 tablespoons.
If you’re having trouble finding your scoop, they can often settle at the bottom of the powder - try shaking around your powder to find it!
What is the best way to mix the protein powder?

We’re proud that our customers love the taste of ALOHA mixed just with water or a milk alternative. The trick to mixing powder into a liquid is to do small amounts at a time and mix quickly when you add the powder.
Note that if you add all the powder at once, the powder on the surface can wet (hydrate) and then create a 'seal' across the rest of the powder which becomes hard to mix in. 

Other delicious ways to use ALOHA protein powder is in your morning smoothies and shakes, oatmeal, yogurt, chia puddings, or if you’re feeling even more adventurous, bake with it!

Are ALOHA products Kosher?
Yes! Our protein bars and protein powders are all Certified Kosher by the Orthodox Union. 
Are your products certified Organic or Non-GMO?
Yes and yes! ALOHA products are only made with ingredients that are sustainably sourced and minimally processed. Non-GMO guarantees that we don’t use any genetically modified organisms (GMOs), and as certified Organic, our food is guaranteed to be free of GMOs as well as toxic pesticides, fertilizers, herbicides, antibiotics, artificial colors, flavors and preservatives, so you can enjoy food that promotes a less polluted agricultural system and high standards for farming practices.
Are ALOHA products nut-free, gluten-free? Vegan?

ALOHA products are full of everything your body needs, and free of anything it doesn’t. We’re committed to keeping our products free from common allergens and inflammatory ingredients so our products are accessible to all!


You won’t find any dairy, soy, eggs, honey, fish, shellfish, or gluten in our products. Our protein powder contains coconut and our protein bars contain tree nuts, such as almonds, cashews, or peanuts.  You can get even more details on all the nutritional and allergen details on each product page.

What is plant protein? Why is plant-based nutrition important?

At ALOHA, we make plant-based foods that are made with the most thoughtfully chosen, real food ingredients to nourish your body. Our protein powders and bars are made from plants, which naturally offer a great source of protein.   

At ALOHA, we stand by that eating a balanced plant-based diet ensures you’ll fill your body with essential nutrients that come from ingredients like fruits, vegetables, protein, nuts, and seeds that make up our products. Eating whole, plant-based food not only makes you feel great, but is also associated with better overall health and having a role in preventing and managing various chronic diseases and illnesses. Even more, plant-based diets benefit the planet by reducing greenhouse gas emissions and using less water, land, and energy compared to the production of animal products. So the question is, why not plant-based?  

Are ALOHA products safe for kids and pregnant or nursing mothers?
ALOHA is all about the best for your family! We always recommend that you consult with your healthcare provider if you’re considering giving ALOHA products to your children, or if you’re breastfeeding or pregnant.

Subscription & Accounts

How do I cancel my subscription?
We’re sad to see you go! To cancel an active subscription, go to ‘Account,’ choose ‘Manage Subscriptions’ and click on ‘Cancel Order’ to cancel your current subscription. If you’d like to re-subscribe in the future, go to the page of the product you want, choose the subscribe option and check out. Or you can place a one-time order if that’s more your style! How do I change my account or subscription settings?
Just sign in to your account at using your email and password! Click on ‘Account’, where you can make any updates to your ALOHA account to match your style - view your order history, manage subscriptions, or update any personal information. We’re also here for you at if you need extra help personalizing your account!

Website & Payment

Can I apply a coupon code to my subscription order?
Unfortunately, we cannot apply a coupon to ALOHA subscription orders, nor are we able to retroactively apply them to already-transmitted orders. ALOHA coupon codes can be used on any single-purchase items!
Your website looks completely different! What has changed?
Yes! has been updated for the most seamless shopping experience and to give you more fun ways to explore the website! We’ve not only simplified the checkout experience, but also included a site search for products, recipes, and articles, detailed product pages, as well as a Help Center and Live Chat to personally answer all of your questions.
Which forms of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards. Note that we don’t accept PayPal. ALOHA also accepts international credit cards! As long as your payment information is accepted by Shopify, we will accept international cards under the methods listed above. If you’ve still got questions, we have more information for you here.


Is ALOHA Sustainable?

Protecting the environment is of the highest priority to us at ALOHA. When we evaluate sustainability at every step in our production process, we consider a product’s raw materials source, manufacturing methods, and shipping methods.

All of our packaging is made in the USA and are FSC-certified, 100% post-consumer recycled, and 100% recyclable to promote good forest management that ensures sustainability, wildlife, and stream preservation.


I accidentally entered my address incorrectly. What now?

If your order has not processed yet, reach out to us at as soon as possible so we can help you adjust your order with the correct address! Unfortunately, if you realize you entered the incorrect address after your order has shipped, we’re unable to re-route it or make any adjustments.

As a note, customers are responsible for entering their address correctly and updating it if they move. Therefore, ALOHA is not responsible for orders shipped to the incorrect address. You can make sure this doesn’t happen by easily updating your address by going to ‘Account’ where you can manage your subscription, edit your shipping address and other personal information!

My package was stolen - what now?
We’re sorry to hear you lost your ALOHA package! It’s the responsibility of our ALOHA customers to make sure that their UPS and USPS carriers have a secure system to deliver packages. If you think an error was made by the mail carrier, please report your missing package and contact us at within 14 days of the expected delivery date, so we can help you sort it out!
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! ALOHA offers free shipping on all subscription orders AND on all orders of over $75. For one-time orders $75 or less, we’ll calculate your shipping for you at checkout.
Where does ALOHA ship? When should I expect my order?

ALOHA ships throughout the United States, including P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. military locations around the world. We don’t yet offer international shipping - stay tuned!

We partner with UPS to ensure your products arrive quickly. If you choose Standard Shipping, you should expect your ALOHA package to arrive within 4-10 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

My package arrived damaged! What now?
We take care in making sure your ALOHA packages are as secure as possible before they’re sent out to you! In the event your product is arrived damage, let us know within 14 days of delivery by emailing our team at with your order number and photos of the damaged packaged.  
Do you accept returns or refunds?
All of our products sold on are final sale. We’re committed to delivering the highest quality products and making your health and wellness our number one priority! Since each shipment is prepared especially for you, and because we maintain such high quality control standards, we’re not able to refund shipments that are sent back, refused or marked as returned to sender. Any boxes that are sent back or marked as “return to sender” or “refused” will be disposed of as we will not re-use or re-sell anything once it ships from our warehouse. This allows us to maintain the integrity of our products and to ensure the health safety of our current and future customers.
