How much protein, fiber and sugar is in Cookies and Creme Protein Bars?

There is 14g of plant-based protein, 10g of fiber and 4g of sugar in every bar, at 240 calories. Sold as a 12-count pack. The protein is entirely plant-based, and there are no sugar alcohol sweeteners and no stevia.

Do Cookies and Creme Protein Bars contain sugar alcohol sweeteners or stevia?

Never. We are very deliberate about our food philosophy, and sugar alcohol sweeteners are not part of it: no erythritol, xylitol, maltitol or sorbitol, and no stevia, sucralose or aspartame either. Sweetness comes from organic cane sugar, tapioca syrup and fruit, with a touch of monk fruit in some flavors. Monk fruit is a fruit extract, not a sugar alcohol sweetener. Every full size bar has 5g of sugar or less.

Are Cookies and Creme Protein Bars vegan and dairy free?

Yes. Every ALOHA bar is certified vegan and made without dairy. The protein is entirely plant-based, from brown rice and pumpkin seed, and the chocolate used across the range is dairy free. The bars are also soy free and Non-GMO Project Verified.

Are Cookies and Creme Protein Bars gluten free?

Yes, and we hold a stricter line than the label requires. Every batch of finished product is third party tested for gluten to under 5ppm, where the Certified Gluten Free standard allows 20ppm. Bars are also soy free and Non-GMO Project Verified, and ALOHA is a Certified B Corporation. Certifications differ slightly by flavor, so the badges on this page are the ones that apply here.

What allergens do Cookies and Creme Protein Bars contain?

Most ALOHA bars contain tree nuts, usually almonds, cashews, pecans, macadamias or coconut, and several contain peanuts. Nuts earn their place as a source of plant protein and healthy fats.     My new favorite Aloha bar!

    Both my daughter and I love this Aloha bar flavor. It’s so yummy, doesn’t taste like a typical protein bar but also not a candy bar. It’s satisfying for breakfast and my daughter loves to take them to school and out on her soccer bag. I love them for a quick lunch when I don’t have time to eat. Love the ingredient list. We also love the peppermint bars. I have these on auto send so I always have them on hand!

    One of my new faves!

    This has become one of my favorite Aloha flavors! (I don't think anything will dethrone Chocolate Fudge Brownie for me, though, LOL!) This Cookies and Creme bar really feels like an indulgent treat. It's not too overly sweet, however. My only quibble would be that the white chocolate outer coating can get a little melty on your fingers while you're eating it. I'd prefer a harder outer shell, but besides that, this is a great go-to bar.

    Husband loved them

    This new Aloha bar flavor is delectable. My husband who doesn’t like protein bars actually loves this cookies and cream flavor. I do want to point out that it’s more indulgent than the other flavors as it has a white chocolatey coating and has higher saturated fat than the other flavors however, it is a nice treat.

    The best! I hope this flavor stays forever!

    These bars taste sooo good! I’m sensitive to caffeine so I can’t eat the other chocolate flavors but this is the perfect flavor—just chocolatey enough, sweet taste but doesn’t give me any caffeine headache. Aloha makes great flavors but this is the best so far. Moist and chewy, with crunchy texture from the cookies. I hope they keep this flavor forever! I love that it comes in a mini size too.
