The protein is a blend of organic brown rice protein and pumpkin seed protein. Nut-free, and always free from soy, dairy, gluten, GMOs, stevia and sugar alcohol sweeteners.

One mini bar gives you 6g of plant-based protein, 4g of fiber and 2g of sugar, at 90 calories. Sold as a 20-count pack. The protein is entirely plant-based, and there are no sugar alcohol sweeteners and no stevia.

Do Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Mini Protein Bars contain sugar alcohol sweeteners or stevia?

Never. Sugar alcohol sweeteners aren't part of how we make food, so you won't find erythritol, xylitol, maltitol or sorbitol in ALOHA Mini Protein Bars. No stevia, sucralose or aspartame either. Each mini has 2g of sugar or less, sweetened with organic, natural sweeteners. A few flavors use a touch of monk fruit, which is a fruit extract, not a sugar alcohol sweetener.

Are Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Mini Protein Bars vegan, gluten free and USDA Organic?

Yes to all three! Every ALOHA mini bar is Certified Vegan and USDA Organic. On gluten we go a step further than the label: every batch is third party tested to under 5ppm, where Certified Gluten Free allows 20ppm. Minis are also dairy free, soy free and Non-GMO Project Verified, and ALOHA is a Certified B Corporation.

    Great snack

    I love regular sized Aloha bars but they can be very filling which is great when you need to answer those gnawing hunger pangs but not when you just need a snack sized treat to bridge the time between lunch and dinner or to get you through a traffic jam. That's when Aloha minis shine. I really like the Oatmeal Chocolate Chip flavor. Tastes great, not too sweet and not gritty at all like other brands. I highly recommend these minis. Try them.
