Our USDA Organic Pumpkin Spice Protein Bar is everything you love about fall—pumpkin, warm spices, and roasted pumpkin seeds—wrapped up in a bar that actually fuels you. With wholesome ingredients, 14g of plant-based protein, 10g of fiber, and only 3g of sugar, it’s the coziest way to power your day. A seasonal favorite that always earns its return.

Always free from soy, dairy, gluten, GMOs, stevia, and sugar alcohol sweeteners.

Ingredients: Protein Blend* (Brown Rice Protein*, Pumpkin Seed Protein*), Tapioca Fiber*, Tapioca Syrup*, Almond Butter*, Sunflower Seed Butter* (Roasted Sunflower Seeds*, Sunflower Oil*), Vegetable Glycerin*, Roasted Pumpkin Seeds*, Pumpkin Powder* (Pumpkin Maltodextrin*), Brown Sugar*, Almonds*, Natural Flavor*, Sunflower Oil*, Sea Salt, Sunflower Lecithin*, Monk Fruit*

*Organic, Contains: Tree Nuts (Almonds)

Manufactured in a facility that also processes tree nuts, fish, milk, peanuts, sesame, soy and wheat

We use no added heat, USDA organic expeller pressed high-oleic sunflower oil instead of other oils because it contains a rich amount of monosaturated fats (oleic acid), a low amount of polysaturated fats, and creates a delicious texture for our bars.

    Great taste

    I can't eat chocolate so this is a great option in addition to the Maple and Taro, my favorite flavors. It tastes like pumpkin spice but the spice is not overpowering.

    Favorite Aloha Bar!

    I have been enjoying Aloha bars for the past 2 years. The pumpkin spice is my favorite. It has hints of cinnamon and caramel that perfectly complement my favorite cup of tea. I just wish it was available all year - nudge, nudge Aloha!!

    Love it!

    Aloha bars are my favorite quick protein bar, and of all the flavors, pumpkin spice is my favorite! I wish it would be available all year. Since I’m on the go a lot and food sits in my car, I can’t keep a chocolate coating, so the pumpkin wins on all fronts.
