What are the benefits of autoship?
The first and most obvious benefit of autoship is you can set it and forget it! Make sure all the plant-based protein you need gets shipped to your door every 1, 2, or 3 months.

You can change, delay, or cancel autoship at any time.
What are the autoship commitments?
There are none! That’s one of the many upsides of our autoship option. Curious about the others?
(1) When you become an autoship member, you automatically save up to 25% off on every order.
(2) You can always customize your deliveries to fit your needs, swapping out products, adding on a new favorite, adjusting the frequency of your orders, or adjusting the product quantities. Your deliveries can be changed, delayed, or canceled at any time.
(3) You'll have early access to new products, have opportunities to get free merch, and earn rewards on every autoship order when you sign up for The Path!
To keep track of your autoship deliveries, we will always send a reminder email a handful of days in advance of your next billing date. We simply ask that you make any adjustments or cancellations needed within that window. Unfortunately, after an autoship order is billed, we are unable to cancel or make adjustments.
How do I update my autoship settings?
Easily adjust all of your autoship settings by logging into your ALOHA account. Select “manage” under any of your autoship products to update product flavors, quantity, frequency, shipping address, or ship date.
Scroll down the main autoship page to add one-time products or merchandise to your next order.
Update your email address, billing address, or payment method by selecting "account details."
How do I update my payment method?
Updating your payment method just takes a few steps! Here's what you need to do:
1. Login to your account at ALOHA.com, tap the person-symbol to "View Account" in the top right
2. Once logged in - Click on "Account Details" on the lefthand menu
3. Click "Edit" under the Payment Method section
4. Enter your new details, then click "Update Card"
How do I cancel autoship?
You can update or cancel Autoship at any time (though we’re sad to see you go). Simply follow these steps:
- click "manage" under any of your autoship products
- click "cancel autoship" at the bottom
- select your reason for cancelling, then confirm your cancellation
You can always restart or customize your autoship plan by choosing the autoship option as you add to cart or by making updates while you're logged into your account.
Can I apply a coupon code to my autoship order?
Yes! We offer a variety of promotions that can be used on autoship orders. Promotions will specify whether or not they include autoship. Please email email@example.com with any questions.
