What are the benefits of a subscription?
The first and most obvious benefit of subscribing is you can set it and forget it! Make sure all the plant-based protein you need gets shipped to your door every 1, 2, or 3 months.

What are the subscription commitments?
There are none! That’s one of the many upsides of our subscription option. Curious about the others?
(1) When you subscribe, you automatically save up to 25% off on every order.
(2) You can always customize your subscription to fit your needs, swapping out products, adding on a new favorite, adjusting the frequency of your orders, or adjusting the product quantities. Your subscription can be changed, delayed, or canceled at any time.

To keep track of your subscription, we will always send a reminder email a handful of days in advance of your next billing date. We simply ask that you make any adjustments or cancellations needed within that window. Unfortunately, after a subscription order is billed, we are unable to cancel or make adjustments.
How do I update my subscription?
Easily adjust all of your subscription settings by logging into your ALOHA account. Select “manage” under any of your subscription products to update product flavors, quantity, frequency, shipping address, or ship date.
Scroll down the main subscription page to add one-time products or merchandise to your next order.
Update your email address, billing address, or payment method by selecting "account details."
How do I update my payment method?
Updating your payment method just takes a few steps! Here's what you need to do:
1. Login to your account at ALOHA.com, tap the person-symbol to "View Account" in the top right
2. Once logged in - Click on "Account Details" on the lefthand menu
3. Click "Edit" under the Payment Method section
4. Enter your new details, then click "Update Card"
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can update or cancel your ALOHA subscription at any time (though we’re sad to see you go). Simply follow these steps:
- click "manage" under any of your subscription products
- click "cancel subscriptions" at the bottom
- select your reason for cancelling, then confirm your cancellation
You can always restart or customize your subscription plan by choosing the subscribe & save option as you add to cart or by making updates while you're logged into your account.
Can I apply a coupon code to my subscription order?
Yes! We offer a variety of promotions that can be used on subscription orders. Promotions will specify whether or not they include subscriptions. Please email email@example.com with any questions.
