Cookies and Crème protein Bars are absolutely the best tasting Bars I have ever eaten. I gave one to my mom and she called me and said they are so good. She had blood work done and needed to fast and I left her one for when she came home and ate it and called me to tell me she loved them but surely it was loaded with calories I assured her that was not the case, they were actually good for her. We are both excited you came up with this flavor. I hope you keep sleeping them.

The bars are delicious. Like… annoyingly delicious, because otherwise I would’ve stopped ordering a long time ago. 😅

I keep ordering online because I work a ton, don’t love grocery shopping, and I liked earning points/rewards as a loyal customer. But I’ve had the same issue happen over and over: the boxes get dropped in direct sun while I’m at work and the bars melt. Every single time I contacted support, I sent photos, explained exactly what happened, and asked if they could PLEASE either improve insulation, add cold packs, or at least ask drivers not to leave chocolate bars baking in the sun.

To their credit, they replaced them several times. But then suddenly I was told that because I’d had “too many claims,” they would no longer cover melted deliveries — despite the fact that this is the exact unresolved issue I’ve been reporting from the start and despite continuing to charge me for package protection on every order. I asked multiple times where this policy is stated and no one could show me.

What’s frustrating is being told “just refrigerate them,” because once they melt and reset, the texture changes, they crumble, the wrappers don’t peel right, etc. They’re just not the same product anymore.

Anyway… the bars are apparently good enough that I’m still here writing this instead of walking away entirely, which honestly tells you everything 😂
