Pumpkin first, spice second. Real pumpkin and warm baking spices with roasted pumpkin seeds for crunch, which is about as autumnal as a bar gets. At 3g of sugar it is one of the lowest sugar bars we make, with 14g of plant-based protein and 10g of fiber.

Never, and that goes for everything we make. No erythritol, xylitol, maltitol or sorbitol, and no stevia, sucralose or aspartame either. Some flavors use a touch of monk fruit, which is a fruit extract rather than a sugar alcohol sweetener. Every flavor in this pack is held to the same standard.

Yes! Everything in this pack is Certified Vegan, with no dairy or soy. On gluten we go further than the label: every batch is third party tested to under 5ppm, where Certified Gluten Free allows 20ppm. It is all Non-GMO Project Verified, and ALOHA is a Certified B Corporation.

Allergens change by flavor. Most ALOHA products contain tree nuts such as almonds, cashews or coconut, and some contain peanuts, so check the ingredient list for each flavor in the pack. Nothing in the pack has dairy, soy or gluten in it. Everything is made in facilities that also process fish, milk, peanuts, sesame, soy, tree nuts and wheat, with equipment cleaned and swabbed between every run.
