We use no added heat, USDA organic expeller pressed high-oleic sunflower seed oil instead of other oils because it contains a rich amount of monosaturated fats (oleic acid), a low amount of polysaturated fats, and creates a delicious texture for our bars.

I often eat half an espresso and half of another flavor together, so the minis work perfectly for me! We have a cacao farm in Hana, HI, and when you're working in the orchards, it's great to stop and have an Aloha protein bar to tide you over till quitting time. These pictures show the farm, you'll have to imagine us eating the bars!
