    Daily rituals thanks to Aloha

    Im not sure exactly when I had my first bar, it's been couple years now---but I don't think a day goes by when I don't start or end a day with one. I always have one in my bag, purse, car, ski jacket---they travel super well and are always giving me the sustained energy I need to face my day. #fuelyourbodywithaloha

    New favorite protein bar

    I have been on the search for a protein bar that uses plant protein because of my sensitive stomach. Aloha is the brand I have found to be the best flavor, texture and most satisfying! I got the sampler box and so far every flavor I have tried is delicious. I am excited to try more flavors!

    Love the Lemon!
