We use no added heat, USDA organic expeller pressed high-oleic sunflower oil instead of other oils because it contains a rich amount of monosaturated fats (oleic acid), a low amount of polysaturated fats, and creates a delicious texture for our bars.

    everything seems in balance. good for healthy bar ... not too much sugar but good taste. good amount of protein and still good taste. maybe a little more fiber might make it the ultimate bar.???
