Superfood Veggie Tacos
Makes two tacos

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped purple cabbage
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 handful arugula
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small avocado
  • 1 scoop ALOHA Superfood Greens
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cracked pepper
  • 2 almond flour tortillas
  • sliced watermelon radish, lime and cilantro for garnish

Preparation

  1. Mash avocado, Superfood Greens, salt and pepper in a bowl, spoon half of the mixture on to each tortilla and add remaining ingredients.
  2. Squeeze lime juice on top and enjoy!
