ALOHA Rewards helps you save on our delicious, plant-based products and allows you to be a part of our journey on creating small change – and collectively making a greater impact.

As you make your way along the ALOHA Rewards journey, you have the opportunity to enter the next membership tier. Membership tiers (Bronze, Silver, and Gold) are based on the number of points you accumulate through shopping on ALOHA.com and taking part in other activities. You will stay in the highest tier you've achieved for the annual rolling year, which is a 12-month period starting when you reach a certain tier. The membership tiers determine how many points you earn for shopping and participating in activities, as well as offering more exclusive benefits as you continue along.

There are many ways to earn points! You can start off 250 points by simply creating an account. Points can be earned by purchasing an ALOHA product, signing up for our newsletter, following us on social media, and referring someone. And we gift you points on your birthday!

After logging into your account, click the 'Redeem Points' button. Select the reward you’d like to redeem, and you will receive a code for that reward. Enter the code at checkout or in your autoship portal to get $$ off your purchase. Rewards do not expire. If you wait to make a purchase and can’t remember the code, click ‘Redeem Points' to view your reward history. You’ll see the code by clicking on the name of the reward.

Rewards can be combined with many of our promotions! Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to combine select discount codes with rewards, such as ones from completing reviews. In those cases, we can swap a dollar-off code for a digital gift card to aloha.com. Digital gift cards can be combined with all promotions on new purchases. Please email care@aloha.com if you’d like to make a swap.

Yes! After redeeming your reward, go to your autoship portal, click 'more,' then 'apply discount code.'

If you forgot to add your rewards code at checkout, please contact us at care@aloha.com with your order number and reward details. We'll double-check your account and work to find the best solution for you!

If you believe your membership tier is incorrect, please contact us at care@aloha.com with your account details, and we'll assist you in resolving the issue.

If you accidentally redeemed a reward you didn't want, please contact us at care@aloha.com. Keep in mind that the dollar-off reward codes never expire and can always be found on your account page! However, if you would like to return the reward, please contact us, and we'll assist you further.

Please email us at care@aloha.com if you didn't receive your birthday points. Your birthday must be added at least 30 days before it occurs for points to add automatically.

In order to earn points for following us on one of our social accounts, you will need to follow us through the link on your account page. If you already follow us, all you need to do is unfollow and re-follow through the link to earn the steps. If you've done this and your points are still not reflected on your account, please contact us at care@aloha.com with the social media platform and your handle, and we'll verify your status and make sure your points are added to your account.

We are testing a feature that allows rewards members to upload receipts to earn points on purchases of ALOHA from third-party sites or grocery stores! Approved receipts will earn 1 reward point per dollar spent on ALOHA products.
