Each mini has 2g of sugar or less, sweetened with organic, natural sweeteners. A few flavors use a touch of monk fruit, which is a fruit extract, not a sugar alcohol sweetener.

On gluten we go a step further than the label: every batch is third party tested to under 5ppm, where Certified Gluten Free allows 20ppm.
