    I like to keep these peanut butter cup bars on hand, to fill in for a quick and healthy snack or even lunch. I just returned from a trip to Colorado, and spent a long extended day and evening of travel in airports , on planes, and driving 90 minutes in a downpour at midnight; I have never been more grateful to open my backpack and find one of the bars waiting for me when i was hungry and exhausted!
