These are an easy way to have a satisfying snack and get some extra protein during middle of the night feeds and pumping sessions. Not too sweet and only the slightest bit of that protein-drink taste.
Love this flavor a lot! My only con would probably be the amount of fat/saturated fat, as sometimes it upsets my stomach slightly

I’ve tried just about every single bar out there & I think Aloha are the best! They have delicious flavors made from clean ingredients that you can understand while staying within my food restrictions (no wheat, gluten or dairy)! Thank you so much…just wish my fave Peppermint White Chocolate was available all year round!
The lemon taste is a tad overpowering. However, the bar's crunch is very complementary to the lemon flavor. I think adding a bit more cashews to the product to mellow out the lemon flavor could make the bar a little better.
