What’s in every bar?
14g of plant-based protein from organic brown rice and pumpkin seed protein. Every flavor on this page is gluten-free, vegan, USDA Organic and Non-GMO Project Verified. Tap Ingredients on any box for full ingredient lists and Nutrition Facts.
What sweeteners do you use?
Organic tapioca syrup is in every bar. Depending on the flavor, you’ll also find organic cane sugar (or sugar), brown sugar, rice syrup (in the brown rice crisps and white chocolate), maple syrup, caramel or a touch of monk fruit. No sugar alcohol sweeteners (like erythritol, maltitol, xylitol or sorbitol), and no stevia, sucralose or aspartame. Each flavor’s full list is under Ingredients.
Do the bars contain nuts?
ALOHA bars aren’t nut-free. Many flavors contain peanuts or tree nuts, and all are made in facilities that also process peanuts and tree nuts. Each flavor’s allergen statement is under Ingredients.
Are they gluten-free?
Yes. Every finished batch is third-party tested for gluten.
Are they kosher?
Yes, certified kosher by the Orthodox Union (OU). Peppermint White Chocolate and Cookies and Creme are OU-D.
Which flavor has caffeine?
Chocolate Espresso: ground organic coffee and 85mg of caffeine per bar. Chocolate and cocoa naturally contain a little caffeine too.
