    My Go Too Protein Duo

    I am an advid road cyclist and have been through dozens of different protein bars and drinks. The Aloha protein drinks and the bars are the perfect combination for my post ride recovery. Enough carbs for energy plus protein For muscle repair. I appreciate that both are free of cholesterol and low in sugar. A great combo. Yup the box of Lemon Cashew bars is empty- need to reorder 😄

    Disgusting. The protien shakes are awful tasting. I'll stick to the bars, those are edible.
