Returns and Refunds Policy

Cancellation Policy 
No orders can be cancelled once they are transmitted.

Return Policy 
Once an order ships from our warehouse it is final sale. We do not accept returns. In order to maintain the integrity of our product and ensure the health and safety of our customers we do not re-use or resell anything once it ships from our warehouse.

Refund Policy: We do not accept returns in order to maintain high quality control standards. We do not guarantee refunds on purchases. We cannot provide refunds for orders placed through other retailers (Amazon, Walmart.com, Kroger etc.).

We are not able to refund shipments that are sent back, refused or marked as returned to sender. Any boxes that are sent back or marked as “return to sender” or “refused” will be disposed of as we will not re-use or re-sell anything once it ships from our warehouse. This allows us to maintain the integrity of our products and to ensure the health safety of our current and future customers.

Stolen Shipment: It’s the responsibility of our ALOHA customers to make sure that their UPS and USPS carriers have a secure system to deliver packages. If you think an error was made by the mail carrier, report your missing package and contact us at care@aloha.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date, so we can help you sort it out.
