I've heard sunflower oil is bad for you?
Not all oils are made the same. Any ALOHA Bars that use sunflower oil only use USDA Organic, high oleic, expeller pressed sunflower oil which doesn't damage or oxidize the oil, and contains more monounsaturated fats (healthy fats) and less omega 6 (unhealthy fats) than even olive oil.
What are net carbs?
Net carbs = total carbs - fiber. Each ALOHA Plant-Based Protein Bar contains 14-17g of net carbs. Not all carbs are the same. The fiber in all ALOHA products is great for your digestive health and doesn’t raise your blood sugar.
What is the shelf-life?
Most often bars you receive directly from ALOHA will have a shelf life with a "best by" date of 4 months or more.
Will an ALOHA Bar keep me full?
ALOHA is packed with 14g of protein and 10g of fiber, helping you feel full and to curb sugar cravings.
What exactly are natural flavors?
There's a major difference between natural flavors (which can contain some not-so-good ingredients) and Certified USDA Organic and Certified Vegan Natural Flavors. The natural flavors used in our products only come from things found in nature, like spices, fruits, and plants. They don't contain any artificial colors, preservatives, or any animal products.
Does ALOHA contain gluten, soy, or dairy?
All products ALOHA makes are tested to be gluten-free, soy-free, and dairy-free after they're made. Due to our Vegan Certification, we deep clean and swab all equipment a minimum of 3 times in between productions.
Are ALOHA products safe for kids?
Yes! You'll notice that all ALOHA products have "Nutritional" Panels instead of "Supplement" Panels, meaning it's made from all real food ingredients. Plus ALOHA products pass the two key tests: parent-nutrition approval, and kid-taste approval. Snack on!
