What are Coconut Protein Drinks made of?

ALOHA Coconut Protein Drinks are made with fair trade coconut milk, coconut water and coconut cream. The protein is a blend of pea protein and brown rice protein. Contains coconut.

How much protein, fiber and sugar is in Coconut Protein Drinks?

There is 18g of plant-based protein, 3g of fiber and 5g of sugar in every bottle, at 170 calories. Sold as a 12-count pack. The protein is entirely plant-based, and there are no sugar alcohol sweeteners and no stevia.

Do Coconut Protein Drinks contain sugar alcohol sweeteners or stevia?

Never. We are very deliberate about our food philosophy, and sugar alcohol sweeteners are not part of it: no erythritol, xylitol, maltitol or sorbitol, and no stevia, sucralose or aspartame either. Sweetness comes from organic cane sugar and a touch of monk fruit, which is a fruit extract rather than a sugar alcohol sweetener. The nutrition panel on this page has the exact sugar count for this flavor.

Are Coconut Protein Drinks vegan, gluten free and USDA Organic?

Yes! Every ALOHA protein drink is Certified Vegan and USDA Organic, with no dairy or soy. On gluten we go further than the label: every batch is third party tested to under 5ppm, where Certified Gluten Free allows 20ppm. The drinks are also Non-GMO Project Verified and Fair Trade Certified, and ALOHA is a Certified B Corporation.

What allergens do Coconut Protein Drinks contain?

ALOHA protein drinks contain coconut. The FDA reclassified coconut in January 2025 and no longer counts it as a tree nut, though we know some people still prefer to avoid it. There is no dairy, soy or gluten in the drinks. They are made in a facility that also processes egg, milk, tree nuts and soy, with no peanuts in the building, equipment cleaned and swabbed between runs, and every batch gluten tested.

Why do Coconut Protein Drinks use a coconut milk base?

Coconut milk gives the drinks a creamy texture without any dairy, which keeps them fully plant based. It also carries flavor far better than water does, so the drinks taste rich without leaning on sugar alcohol sweeteners or stevia to get there.

    amazing taste

    Delicious and light

    I really enjoy the chocolate sea salt flavor and wanted to try another and I’m glad I chose the coconut. It’s light and refreshing and doesn’t taste like protein. So easy to drink in the morning and I think it would make a wonderful smoothie (add some frozen fruit & chia seeds and blend it up); definitely going to try that soon. Really appreciate the quality and taste of aloha products they’re awesome !!

    Win for Dietary Support

    I am a vegetarian with Celiacs Disease, which makes it incredibly challenging to get enough protein in my diet to support my needs; especially when I can’t have gluten or meat products. I have been on the journey of trying to find a good protein drink for awhile now and one of my biggest challenges is finding products that aren’t full of fake sugars and grains, and that have a good flavor. I finally found Aloha in one of my google searches and decided to give it a try. I have only been using the Aloha protein shakes and bars for about a month and I have already seen an amazing response from my body. The coconut seems to help smooth the burning in my abdomen that I get from having Celiacs and it has helped stabilize my gut function more then I have ever experienced before. I am definitely locked in and will be buying more because I have never felt better in my life. And it taste Great!
