    Protein Drinkability

    The coconut one has bits of coconut in it and that's the good part, its gritty and flavor is not very good even very cold, even too gritty for a smoothy. The vanilla one is gritty also, but the flavor is good, but it has a tin aftertaste, even cold, actually colder it gets, the stronger the aftertaste. The cholate one is the best, no git, and taste good cold.

    Great options

    This has been a great addition to my diet- super easy- I grab it after my work out and have it while I get ready for work. Taste is great and holds me over til I have breakfast.
