Can’t have monk fruit

The bars and shakes taste good but I have to give them away because monk fruit blows up my stomach and gives me gas. Same problem with stevia. I wish I could find organic products without either of these sweeteners.

Delicious. As an older female i use rhe protein powder to supplement ny lack of consuming enough protein. It tastes like a snack instead of my ordinary plain neals!
