Are your products certified Organic?

All ALOHA products are all Organic certified. 

Organic certification not only allows us to maintain the nutritional integrity of our products, but also to support the health of the agricultural systems farming networks we work with. Since day one, we have committed to having each ALOHA product USDA Certified, for the health of our customers and our communities.

Are your products non-GMO?

ALOHA is non-GMO! All products are non-GMO project verified, and we have always been committed to keeping genetically modified ingredients out of our products.

My bars arrived melted. What do I do now?

We keep true to our food philosophy by never using artificial preservatives in our bars. Because of this, our organic chocolate can melt when exposed to high temperatures in transit. Fear not!

Melted chocolate does not affect the taste or nutritional value of the bar. We recommend refrigerating your order for 30 minutes upon arrival during the summer months. Then, dig in!

Are ALOHA products Kosher?

Yes — all ALOHA products are certified Kosher by the Orthodox Union. 

Are ALOHA products gluten-free?

Yes, all ALOHA products are gluten-free.

Are ALOHA products nut-free?

ALOHA products are not nut free! Nuts are a valuable source of plant protein and healthy fats across our products collections. ALOHA protein bars may contain peanuts and/or tree nuts. ALOHA protein powders contain tree nuts (coconut. ALOHA protein drinks also contain tree nuts (coconut). Please check each product page for full nutritional and allergen details.

Do any ALOHA products contain Erythritol, or any Sugar-Alcohol Sweetener?

No. We do not use Erythritol in any ALOHA products. We are very deliberate about our food philosophy and choose not use any sugar alcohol sweeteners such as Erythritol, Maltitol or Sorbitol. 

 

The monk fruit in our products does not contain Erythritol. In addition, we do not use Stevia (or any sweeteners derived from the Stevia rebaudiana leaf) in any of our products.

What is the vegetable glycerin in your products made of?

Our organic vegetable glycerin comes from flax seed. All of our products are 100% soy-free.

Are ALOHA products vegan?

Yes! All ALOHA products are certified vegan, and labeled as such on each of our products.

Are ALOHA products safe for kids?

Yes! Plus ALOHA products pass the two key tests: parent-nutrition approval, and kid-taste approval. Snack on!

Where do you source your ingredients from?

We believe that great nutrition and great taste go hand in hand, which is why we source natural, nutrient-dense ingredients. The majority of our ingredients are sourced in the United States from organic farms or reputable vendors certified for GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice). We are committed to offering the cleanest, tastiest food possible, and always seek out ingredients that offer high-standard certifications (e.g. Organic, non-GMO, and/or Kosher). 

We do source some of our superfoods and spices, like monk fruit, from the regions where they are traditionally grown. 

Are ALOHA products safe to consume for pregnant or nursing mothers?

ALOHA products are made with thoughtful, natural ingredients that are shelf stable and safe to consume. However, if you have any potential concerns about consuming ALOHA products during or after your pregnancy, please consult a medical professional.

Where are your products made?

Our plant-based protein bars are made in Colorado, our protein powders are made in Georgia, and our plant-based protein drinks are made in New York state.

Is there potential for allergen cross-contamination?

+ -

ALOHA products are made in the same facility as some common allergens. The manufacturing equipment is thoroughly cleaned and swabbed between making each product.

Protein bars and powders are made in facilities that also process egg, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, and soy.

Protein drinks are made in a facility that also processes egg, milk, tree nuts, and soy. There are no peanuts in the facility.

Finished products are tested for potential gluten contamination. All ALOHA products are gluten free.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping for any order over $40.

Shipping is $9.95 on orders under $40.

Autoship subscriptions and members of our loyalty program receive $4.95 shipping on orders under $40.

How do I update autoship?

Easily adjust all aspects of your autoship by logging into your ALOHA account.

Get your order now, skip it, change your next order date, edit shipping information, and edit billing information directly from the main autoship portal page.

Click "edit products" to change the contents of your autoship order, select one-time add-on products including our Limited Edition and Special Edition bars from the "You might also like" section, or click "more" to edit the frequency of your autoship, add a rewards code, merge multiple autoships in your account, or cancel your autoship.

What are the autoship commitments?

There are none! That’s one of the many upsides of our autoship option. Curious about the others? 

(1) When you become an autoship member, you automatically save up to 25% off on every order.  

(2) You can always customize your deliveries to fit your needs, swapping out products, adding on a new favorite, adjusting the frequency of your orders, or adjusting the product quantities. Your deliveries can be changed, delayed, or canceled at any time. 

(3) You'll earn rewards points on every autoship order when you sign up for ALOHA Rewards! 

To keep track of your autoship deliveries, we will always send a reminder email a few days in advance of your next billing date. We simply ask that you make any adjustments or cancellations needed within that window. Unfortunately, after an autoship order is billed, we are unable to cancel or make adjustments. 

How do I cancel autoship?

You can update or cancel Autoship at any time (though we’re sad to see you go). Simply follow these steps:

  • Log in to your autoship portal
  • Click the "more" menu
  • Click "Cancel"
  • Select your reason for cancelling, then confirm your cancellation

You can always reactivate your autoship at any time!

Can I apply a coupon code to my autoship order?

Autoship orders are excluded from most promotions. Rewards codes can be applied to autoship orders by logging in to your autoship portal, clicking "more," then clicking "apply discount code."Promotions will specify whether or not they include autoship.

Which forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay. 

How should I dispose of ALOHA packaging?

Wherever possible, we strive to work with recyclable materials. Our protein bar boxes should be recycled with other mixed paper goods.

Our powder canisters are made from sustainable, post-consumer recycled plastic, and can be disposed of with other lightweight plastic items.

I accidentally entered my address incorrectly. What now?

Please double-check all order details before submitting your order, as our fulfillment centers move quickly.

We can usually edit or cancel your order within 1 hour of it being placed, as long as it has not been processed yet. Please contact Care@aloha.com for any address changes / issues.

Where does ALOHA ship?

ALOHA currently ships everywhere in the United States, excluding Alaska. We do ship to Hawaii, however only our powders and bars and with a $40 order minimum. We hope to expand this in the future and we're working hard to increase capacity and share all our products with as many communities as possible — stay tuned!

When should I expect to receive my order?

Your order will be processed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Standard shipping within the continental US normally takes 2 to 5 days. Orders to Hawaii may take an extra day or two.

My ALOHA package was stolen. What now?

Please contact us directly at care@aloha.com with your order details and we will work with you to investigate the issue.

My package arrived damaged! What now?

Oh no! Please email us at care@aloha.com with your order number and photos of the damage and we’ll sort it out together.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

If you have placed an order accidentally or need to make an adjustment to your order, please contact us immediately at care@aloha.com and we will try to adjust to your needs.

Unfortunately, once an order is shipped from our warehouse, we are unable to make adjustments or offer a refund.

In order to maintain the integrity of our product and ensure the health and safety of our customers we do not re-use or resell anything once it has been shipped — due to this practice, we are not able to accept returns.

 

Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds or replacements for orders placed through other retailers (e.g. Amazon, Shoprite, Kroger, etc.). For more information on refunds or replacements for orders placed through other retailers please contact the company from which you purchased. If you need assistance in finding that information, you can always contact us at care@aloha.com, and we’d be happy to help.

I can’t find my scoop! How much protein powder should I have?

Never fear — no scoop, no problem. One serving of ALOHA protein powder is roughly equal to five tablespoons. 

What is the best way to mix the protein powder?

There’s no one way to mix! You can keep it simple, shaking it up with water or your favorite plant-based milk, blend it into a power-up smoothie, or even add it in with your brownie mix for a  sneaky health boost!
