Immediately transfer this assembled ice cream sandwich to the freezer, then repeat this process with all remaining Aloha Mini Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bars and vegan vanilla ice cream.
Freeze ice cream sandwiches until solid, about 2 hours. Then, either enjoy as-is, or drizzle with melted chocolate and freeze for an additional 20 minutes, or until melted chocolate has hardened.
