ALOHA Chocolate Lava Cakes

Tap a step to mark it donePreheat your oven to 350° Fahrenheit and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
In a big bowl mix together the oat flour, Aloha Chocolate Protein Powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate smaller bowl mix together the almond milk, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well-combined.
Pour ¼ cup of batter into each individual muffin tin. Chop Aloha Protein Bars into 6 pieces and place one piece in the center of each muffin mold.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, let cool in tin for 5 minutes before removing. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds. Top lava cakes with melted chocolate and serve warm.
