Summer is coming, and it’s time to trade in your more warming, traditional hummus for this seasonal version! Made with fresh beets, and ALOHA’s Superfood Greens, it’s packed with vibrant flavors AND high-quality nutrients.
2 cans organic chickpeas, no salt added
¼ cup organic tahini
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup water
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 lemon, juiced
Pink Himalayan salt
1 cooked beet, roasted or boiled
1 packet ALOHA Good Greens
Optional: black sesame seeds
In a high speed blender, add all ingredients except the beet and ALOHA Good Greens.
Blend on high until smooth then remove half of the hummus from the blender and place in a medium bowl.
Add the ALOHA Superfood Greens to the hummus in the bowl, stirring until fully mixed.
Add the beet into the blender with the other half of hummus. Blend on high until smooth.
In a shallow dish, add the green hummus around the sides.
Pour the pink hummus into the center and top with black sesame seeds.

I recieved my BS in Nutrition Science, with a minor in Public Health, from Syracuse University. After graduation, I moved to Boston to pursue my MS in Management Studies from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.
