Vegan Protein Banana Bread, refined sugar-free and soy free! Also, feel free to take out the nuts if you have to avoid them too. It’s just as delicious without!

ALOHA Banana Protein 4 Ripe Bananas
1/4 cup Coconut Nectar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp Flax Seed with 3 tbsp of water
1/2 cup Cashew butter
1/4 cup Cassava Flour
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 Pinch of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
4 tbsp Coconut oil Vegan butter can work too
2 tbsp Coconut Palm Sugar
2 tbsp Cassava flour
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 cup Walnut Halves, crushed
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a loaf pan with coconut oil then line the middle with parchment paper. It will make it easier to remove the bread from the pan without it coming apart.
In a large bowl, mix together bananas, ALOHA banana protein powder, coconut nectar, vanilla extract, flax seed + water, and cashew butter.
Then add cassava flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and pink himalayan sea salt and mix well.
Pour the batter into your baking dish. Place on a baking sheet.
In a small bowl, add oil, coconut sugar, cassava flour, cinnamon, and walnuts. Mix well.
Drizzle the toppings of the small bowl on top of the banana bread.
Place in the oven to bake for 50 minutes.
Remove from the oven, place on a cooling rack and let rest for 5-10 minutes before cutting and serving.
