Vanilla Blueberry Smoothie

You’ll gulp down this refreshing vanilla blueberry blend—the tahini and cashews make it taste extra special. We also love the kick ginger and lemon add!

Serves Two


1 cup blueberries
1 1/2 cups coconut milk, divided
1 serving ALOHA Vanilla Protein
1/2-inch piece fresh ginger
Handful of kale or spinach
5 fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup cashews, soaked overnight
Juice and zest 1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon tahini (or any other nut/seed butter of your choice)
1 to 2 pitted dates, optional
1 packet ALOHA Daily Good Greens Berry


In a blender combine 1/2 cup of the coconut milk with the cashews, lemon juice and zest, tahini, and date(s). Blend until smooth. Pour the cashew layer into the bottom of your glasses or jars.

Place the remaining coconut milk, blueberries, ALOHA Protein Powder, ginger, kale, ALOHA Daily Good Greens Berry, and basil in the blender (no need to wash it between layers) and blend smooth.

Pour the blueberry layer over the cashew layer. If you want to create swirls in the glass, run a spoon up the sides.
