Tropical Green Protein Smoothie

The world is getting smaller when I can whip up a tropical smoothie in my Manhattan apartment. And in this case, the world is getting better. These island flavors are so sweet and refreshing, you don't even notice how healthy this smoothie is!


1 cup coconut milk (almond works as well)

1 lime, juiced

1 kiwi, peeled

1 serving ALOHA Vanilla Protein

1 packet ALOHA Daily Good Greens Original

1/4 cup fresh mint

1 banana, fresh or frozen

1 cup spinach

1/2 cucumber, about 2 inches

Optional: a couple thin slices of fresh ginger or 1/4 teaspoon dried ginger


Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 1-2 glasses and garnish as desired - we used extra kiwi slices and mint. To create the "marbled" effect, pour some extra milk on top when you are ready to serve.
