Triple Berry Protein Smoothie
Berries are one of the healthiest foods on the planet - they are also one of the most delicious! We love starting our mornings with a clean and energizing protein smoothie loaded with our favorite fruit.
Makes one smoothie as a meal
1 cup coconut water or plain water
1 cup raspberries or strawberries - fresh or frozen
1 cup blueberries - fresh or frozen
1 serving ALOHA Vanilla Protein
1 packet ALOHA Daily Good Greens Berry
1/2 lemon, juiced
5 or 6 large ice cubes
Optional: 1/2 inch fresh ginger, peeled or 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Optional: small handful of fresh mint
Starting with your liquids, add off of your ingredients to a blender and mix until well combined.
