Strawberry Mango Chia Parfait

This parfait is perfect for a summer day. It is light, refreshing, and packed with vitamins, protein, and omega 3s. Stay nourished while beating the heat!

Serves 1 or 2


Strawberry Vanilla Layer

1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen

1 cup ice

1/2 cup yogurt of choice, we used coconut yogurt

1/2 cup milk of choice, we used almond milk

1 serving ALOHA Vanilla Protein

1 packet ALOHA Daily Good Greens Berry

Mango Banana Layer

1 banana

1 cup frozen mango

Chia Pudding Layer

1/4 cup chia seeds

1/2 cup milk of choice

1-2 teaspoons of agave or honey

Optional: 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract


It is best to prepare the chia pudding first as it requires some time to soak. Add all of the chia ingredients into a mug or bowl and let it sit for 10 minutes. While that is soaking, prepare the strawberry layer by adding all of the ingredients into a blender and mix well. Pour the strawberry layer into a large glass and place in your freezer while you finish the other layers. Add the mango and half of the banana to a blender and purée until there are no more mango chunks. Remove the glass from the freezer and layer the chia pudding on top of the strawberry layer and repeat with the mango purée. Slice the other half of the banana and use it as a topping. Enjoy!
