This smoothie recipe went through rigorous taste testing here at ALOHA. I was tasked with creating a smoothie for an event—given all of the elements involved, it needed to be as easy to make as possible. And because we never compromise on taste or nutrition, both of those aspects were required as well. I made about eight versions of this smoothie before getting it just right.
With only 270 calories, this smoothie packs in 18 grams of protein, four servings of fruits and vegetables, tons of nutrients, and an incredibly delicious taste.
1 cup water
1/2 cup ice
1 heaping cup frozen mixed berries (1 and 1/2 cups works too!)
2 scoops (1 serving) ALOHA Vanilla Protein
1 packet ALOHA Berry Daily Good
1/2 of a lime, juiced
1/3 cup fresh mint leaves
1 ALOHA Coconut stick
In a blender, add the water, ice, and frozen berries first, then add the remaining ingredients. Blend well and enjoy!
