Herbal Iced Tea Cubes

This is a literal interpretation of "iced tea." We made tea into actual ice for a fun and refreshing summer beverage. You can use these ice tea cubes in (regular) ice tea - that way it won't get watered down. Or fill up an empty glass and enjoy them as they melt - making a super chilled tea. Ikea has some fun ice cube trays that we used to make our iced tea extra "cool."

1 bag ALOHA Energy Tea 1 bag ALOHA Beauty Tea 3 cups water Optional: 2-4 teaspoons honey, agave, or stevia Optional garnish: berries, edible flowers, mint leaves

Bring your water to a boil. Place the tea bags in two separate mugs - pour half of the hot water over each. Steep for 3-10 minutes. Place in your refrigerator for as little as 20 minutes and as much as one day. Fill your ice cube trays with the tea - drop in edible garnishes, if desired. Freeze for at least 10 hours - these will keep in your freezer for a couple months.
