CHIA LAYER - 2 tbsp chia seeds, ½ cup almond milk, ½ tsp maple syrup
BERRY VANILLA LAYER - 1 banana, 2 scoops ALOHA vanilla protein powder, ½ cup frozen mixed berries, ½ - 1 cup almond milk
1. Chia Layer: - Place all ingredients into a bowl and stir to combine. Let mixture sit in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes, stirring periodically to ensure even distribution of seeds.
2. Berry Vanilla Layer: - Blend banana, ALOHA protein, berries, and ½ cup almond milk in a high-speed blender until completely smooth. Add more almond milk for a thinner consistency.
3. Top Layer: - Once the chia layer has formed a somewhat thick consistency, alternately layer the mixtures in a glass and top with extra berries. Enjoy!

I received my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Science with a minor in Public Health from Syracuse University. After graduation, I moved to Boston to pursue my Masters of Science in Management Studies from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.
