Homemade Healthy Frosting

Homemade frosting is very easy to make. When done right, it can be tastier and healthier than what you find in stores. Enjoy this guilt-free treat as a delicious topping or an indulgent snack. The protein and nutrients sweeten this deal—literally!

Ingredients

Berry Superfood Frosting

1/3 cup plain yogurt of choice

1/4 cup coconut oil

1 to 2 tablespoons ALOHA Coconut, depending on desired sweetness

2 packets ALOHA Daily Good Berry

Chocolate Protein Superfood Frosting

1/3 cup plain yogurt of choice*

1/4 cup coconut oil*

1 to 2 tablespoons ALOHA Coconut, depending on desired sweetness

1 scoop (1/2 serving)  ALOHA Chocolate Protein

1 packet ALOHA Daily Good Chocolate

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Optional: 1 teaspoon cocoa 

*This one will be a little thicker—feel free to add some extra coconut oil or yogurt, depending on desired consistency.

Vanilla Protein Frosting

1/3 cup plain yogurt of choice

1/4 cup coconut oil

1 to 2 tablespoons ALOHA Coconut, depending on desired sweetness

1/2 serving ALOHA Vanilla Protein

Preparation

In separate bowls, combine the respective ingredients and mix well. Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator until the yogurt's expiration date—it will keep in the freezer a couple extra days if you are looking to extend its life.
