Mix Superfood Chocolate into this flippin’ delicious pancake recipe.
Blender or mixing bowl, a whisk, and a pan
3-4 cups coconut or rice milk
6 tablespoons gluten-free all purpose flour
2 pieces of an ALOHA Superfood Chocolate bar
1 banana or 1/2 cup apples or mango
1 tablespoon sunflower or coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 tablespoon organic maple syrup (topping)
Mix all ingredients in a blender or whisk in a bowl until it becomes a thick, creamy texture. Heat a pan on medium-high and drop in sunflower or coconut oil. Add one spoonful of the pancake mixture onto the pan. The chocolate will melt while you cook the pancake.
Flip when bubbles start to appear on the top. Serve and top with fresh fruit and/or maple syrup.
