Andrew is the creator of Mind Ya Fitness, a blog dedicated to helping busy executives and office workers implement healthier eating and fitness habits into their daily routines. Aside from writing about health on The ALOHA Way Magazine, he’s been featured on the Answers, SunDaily Health, and NJ Iron. When he’s not jotting down his thoughts on health, he teaches high intensity classes at Intrepid Gym in Hoboken, NJ.
