Trisha Kinsman was born and raised in Southern California and recently moved to New York City to explore the world-renowned health and fitness scene. Trish has been teaching indoor cycling and group fitness classes for more than seven years and can’t imagine a better way to share her passion for life. Her classes are challenging, fun and full of energy. She believes cycling is “all about the music” and incorporates high intensity interval training, which she matches to the rhythm of each song. She is a NASM-certified personal trainer and is also certified in the Lagree Fitness Method, currently teaching at SLT. Trish specializes in body sculpting, muscular rehabilitation and injury prevention. Outside of teaching and training, you can find Trish either cooking in her kitchen, shopping for workout clothes, hiking through the great outdoors or running alongside great friends in the park or at a local race.
