Karen loves to eat food, talk about food, photograph food, cook food, and feed people food. Inspired by her travels, she began to blog about global food and culture at Globetrotter Diaries in 2009. Based in LA, Karen spends her time between Los Angeles and San Francisco consuming local eats from the newest restaurants to the neighborhood hole-in-the-wall. She's addicted to cookbooks, whisky, coffee, passion fruit, eggs, churros, and anything pork. When she isn't funneling her love for food into Honestly Yum, Karen is pursuing her other passion, the law. She also loves to spend her time traveling, enjoying the California sun, and photographing life along the way.
