Health Tip of the Day

Always know what your next meal is going to be.

If you know what it is, then you’ve thought about it in advance. If I’m starting my day at 8 a.m. and I’m not finishing until 8 p.m., then I don’t really have time to do anything. I could just go over to 7-11, and eat something crappy because that’s what is available to me.


I can think ahead, Hm, I’ve got a long day, so I’m going to make a juice in the morning and pick up a kale salad. That’s really going to get me through the entire day, and when I go home at 8 p.m., then I’ll make dinner. You need to think about it in advance.
