Honey Roasted Rosemary Almonds

Filled with protein, fiber, healthy fats, and more, almonds are the perfect pick-me-up for any time of day (I take them out during the three o'clock munchies). Better still, these nuts go one step further than the average roasted variety—I coated them with a light layer ALOHA Daily Good Greens. This way you can have your snack, and veggies too!

Makes Two Cups


  • 2 cups Marcona almonds
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons ALOHA Daily Good Greens
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  •  2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • Pinch black pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. 

  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss to combine and coat almonds. Then lay almonds in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until fragrant.

  3. After 10 minutes of baking, sprinkle the nuts with ALOHA Daily Good Greens and stir. Set aside to cool for 20 minutes before serving.
