Baked Zucchini Chips

Chips and dip is a standard, go-to appetizer. People can munch, talk, and not get too full. But while chips and dip might not always fill your stomach, they will fill up your waistline! Luckily, there are healthier alternatives. These baked zucchini chips are so tasty, your guests won’t realize they are cutting out tons of calories while eating a nutritious snack!



  • 1 large, or 2 medium zucchinis
  • 2 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 packet ALOHA Daily Good Greens
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese or 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • Optional: 1/4 teaspoon cayenne


  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup basil leaves
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 packet ALOHA Daily Good Greens
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon plain yogurt of choice

Superfood Greens



  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or tin foil.
  2. Slice your zucchini into thin strips. Place the zucchini slices in a bowl along with the oil, salt, and optional cayenne and/or nutritional yeast. Toss to coat.
  3. Arrange the zucchini slices carefully on the baking sheet so that they do not overlap too much. Sprinkle the minced garlic evenly over the slices.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned—about 20 minutes. If you have thicker slices of zucchini, they will take longer to bake.
  5. While the chips are baking, make the avocado dip in a food processor by adding all ingredients together and blending until smooth.
  6. Remove the chips from the oven and immediately top with the grated Parmesan, if you are opting for it—the cheese will melt pretty quickly.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 packet of Daily Good Greens onto the chips and serve!
