- 1 cup mango (frozen or fresh)
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup yogurt of choice
- 1 serving ALOHA Vanilla Protein
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder (or 1 teaspoon of fresh, finely grated turmeric)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Optional: 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
