  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup ice or extra water
  • 1/2 banana, fresh or frozen
  • 4 oz strawberries, fresh or frozen (about 6 medium)
  • 2 cups packed baby spinach
  • 1 serving ALOHA Vanilla Protein
  • Optional: 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
  • Optional: 1 packet ALOHA Daily Good Greens
