Strawberry Lemonade Protein Smoothie

Strawberries and lemons are both excellent sources of vitamin C, which is an essential element of a healthy diet. Beyond vitamin C’s well known immune system support, it is also a potent antioxidant—which neutralizes free radicals. Strawberries and lemons are also delicious, especially when paired together!


  • 1 cup coconut water, coconut milk, or liquid of choice
  • 1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 serving ALOHA Vanilla Protein
  • 1 packet ALOHA Daily Good Greens Berry
  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon cinnamon and/or ground ginger
