Layered Berry Coconut Smoothie

 

 

Ingredients

Purple Layer:

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 scoop ALOHA protein powder
  • ½ cup almond milk

Pink Layer:

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • 1 scoop ALOHA protein powder
  • ½ cup almond milk

Preparation

  1. In a high-speed blender, add all ingredients for the purple layer and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Once blended, add purple smoothie layer into a glass.
  3. Rinse out the blender
  4. Add all pink layer ingredients and blend on high until smooth.
  5. Pour into the glass with the purple layer and enjoy! If you want to add strawberries to the side of the glass, cut thin slices of fresh strawberries and press against the side of the glass before adding the pink layer.
